In order to cancel your appointment, please call the office and leave a voice mail at (250) 597-4443. Do not reply to your appointment reminders, text or email to cancel an appointment. A cancellation will NOT be valid unless we have received a phone call. If you are able to log in to Jane to cancel that is also acceptable.
